- 2008 Bluffton Farmers Market: Dignitaries, Entertainment and Freshness! Excitement is building, commitments are in place and the motto of Watch Us Grow has been presented to introduce Bluffton and its surrounding communities to the newly developed Bluffton Farmers Market. The Bluffton Farmers Market will be open every week on Thursdays at the Bluffton Oyster Company Park from 3pm to 7pm until October 23. Local area growers with a wide array of fresh produce and vegetables, organic vegetables, flowers, herbs, plants, entertainment, wellness displays, demonstrations, food vendors and more! In 1979 she left the rolling scenery of North Carolina for the flat vistas and lush, incorrigible gardens of the South Carolina Lowcountry. While her work is representational, Peggy is not concerned with pure realism. There is an animated quality to her trees and flowers.
